Fish feelings?

As usual, it’s been about a half a year. Time for an update!

Quick catch up:

A while ago I opened a whatsapp group to post small, self contained comics. It’s been slowly growing, baruch Hashem. The important thing is that I posted a bunch of comics there, and I’m having fun making them!

That’s my attempt to keep up some kind of personal project time as I work my part time job, make SCP comics, and hack away at some childrens’ books I took on.

New stuff:

A) I went to my first “con” a few weeks ago. I felt like that was a major gap in my “creator economy” experience. I was pretty impressed by how many people showed up, and the level of the “artists’ alley” there.

B) I nervously opened an Instagram with my sister’s help. In general I don’t like the idea of pandering to an algorithm, so I’ve tried to stick with more “safe” channels, but unfortunately it seems like actual real fangs and tentacles social media might be an important part of getting my work seen.
